Casa Joel is set in a residential part of Puerto del Carmen close to all amenities. The villa is entered through wrought iron gates to the front of the property. The garden has a built in seating area and barbecue as well as plenty of terracing around the pool for sunbeds and patio furniture. The house is on two levels with the bedrooms and one bathroom on the lower level and the living accommodation and a further bathroom upstairs. The house is light and airy with open plan lounge/diner. A door leads from the lounge out to the balcony with table and chairs and views of the sea. The villa is ideal for those wishing to have quiet accommodation close to all amenities.

a booking form and send with payment. £150 deposit
per week. Bookings within two months of departure require
full payment.

PRICE BANDS are low, mid and peak. The date your holiday
starts will determine the band you are in although sometimes when staying
