This superb modern villa occupies a large corner plot in Los Mojones and is less than a ten minute walk to the shops and restaurants. The villa has a very spacious and comfortable lounge fitted with a ceiling fan and furnished with two leather sofas and a sofa bed. The owners are gradually building a DVD library for your entertainment. The lounge has patio doors out to the covered pergola area where you can eat al-fresco or laze by the pool. The villa has lots of terracing to the front and both sides of the property with plenty of privacy provided by high walls and garden borders well stocked with shrubs. This lovely villa is ideal for couples or families.

a booking form and send with payment. £150 deposit
per week. Bookings within two months of departure require
full payment.
