MarinaRubicon is located in an upmarket area of Playa Blanca being well served with smart shops and restaurants. Around the marina there are paved walkways, wooden bridges and coloured flower borders making it a popular area for a daytime or evening stroll. Villa Marazul is just a five minute walk from the marina. It is on two levels with lounge, kitchen and shower room on the lower level and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper level. Patio doors lead from the master bedroom to the balcony where you can enjoy views of the sea and the marina. There is a shady covered terrace off of the lounge – ideal for eating alfresco. The villa has off road parking and ample garden and seating area around the private pool. This quality villa will appeal to those wising to be near the marina and the Papagayo beaches.

PRICE BANDS are low, mid and peak. The date your holiday
starts will determine the band you are in although sometimes when staying
