Cinco Palmas is a modern two storey villa set on a corner plot in the Las Colorados area of Playa Blanca. For beach lovers the villa is perfect being just a ten minute walk to the beautiful Papagayo Beaches. The coastal wakway starts near Colorados beach and extends past the Rubicon Marina round to the resort centre and beyond. The house has an open plan living/dining room with doors out to the covered terrace and the private pool . Two of the bedrooms open onto the south facing balcony with views of the sea. The villa has the benefit of a couple of portable air conditioning units to keep you cool indoors. The terracing around the pool has recently been extended around the side of the villa to incorporate a built in barbecue area. There is a nearby supermarket but the main restaurant and shopping areas are by the Marina Rubicon and in the resort centre which means that most will find a car useful. An ideal villa for beach lovers who want to be in a quiet location.

availability and ask us to reserve the accommodation for you by
phone or e-mail. Print
a booking form and send with payment. £150 deposit
per week. Bookings within two months of departure require
full payment.

starts will determine the band you are in although sometimes when staying
