El Sueño (the Dream) is new to the rental market, a rare find for holiday letting and we are delighted to be able to offer it to our clients.
Set in the most prestigious residential area in Puerto del Carmen on a corner plot in a cliff top location the villa has fantastic panoramic sea views over the harbour and out to Fuerteventura. Located front line, high above the coastal walkway the villa has uninterrupted views whilst still maintaining privacy. The tranquil location is a surprise when the harbour with all the amenities is so close.
The villa has extensive terracing on different levels from which to enjoy these wonderful views. A covered shaded area, with direct access to the kitchen, is well equipped with table and chairs for dining al-fresco. Another seating area and built in barbecue are on a lower level. Sunbeds and umbrella are provided for relaxing around the pool which is heated in the Winter months.
The beautiful lounge with curved bay windows has a superb view out across the terrace, pool and the sea. This room is very spacious and light. It has a 42 inch plasma screen TV, radio and CD player and USB port to play your own music. The living accommodation is semi open plan. The large pillared entrance hall leads through to the lounge and separate kitchen/diner.
The bedrooms can be completely closed off from the living accommodation by double doors from the hallway. There are three bedrooms, one large double and two twin rooms. There are two en-suite shower rooms as well as a very large family bathroom with sunken circular bath.

availability and ask us to reserve the accommodation for you by
phone or e-mail. Print
a booking form and send with payment. £150 deposit
per week. Bookings within two months of departure require
full payment.

PRICE BANDS are low, mid and peak. The date your holiday
starts will determine the band you are in although sometimes when staying
for longer than a week you will fall into two bands. In this case calculate
each week separately.
