VILLAS IN PUERTO DEL
CARMEN
Whilst our
properties are set back in residential streets they
are all just a short walk from the main beach front.
This lively resort has a beach road with shops, bars
and restaurants along one side and a wide beach of
golden sand with a promenade along the other. There
are sunbeds and umbrellas for hire for those who
wish to relax or water sports for those who seek
more activity. A variety of sports including tennis
and squash are available at the sports centre near
the Fariones Hotel. The Puerto del Carmen beaches
fly the Blue Flag awarded by the EEC for cleanliness
and lack of contamination. This is a resort with
something for everyone.

VILLAS IN PUERTO DEL CARMEN OLD TOWN
The Old Town set around the harbour offers a huge selection
of excellent restaurants with freshly caught fish often
a speciality. A variety of boat trips can be taken from
the harbour including fishing trips and pleasure cruises.
The area is popular for strolling and a popular pastime
is watching the men on the water front playing boules in
the evenings. The Old Townis well served with shops and
the new Biosfera shopping centre hosting such well known
names as Zara and Timberland is a pleasure to visit – a
good place to cool off on a hot day because it is air conditioned.
Some of our villas are near the harbour and some have sea
views whilst others are in the prestigious area of Los
Mojones. This residential area is set above the Old Town
where the individual villas will suit those who want quiet
and seclusion but still be walking distance from town.
Newly opened 18 hole Lanzarote Golf course is located on
the edge of Puerto del Carmen on the road to Tias.

VILLAS IN PLAYA BLANCA
We have a variety of properties in this quieter resort
where you can stroll from the lighthouse at the westerly
end right along the promenade to the new Marina. The smaller
white sandy beaches of this resort are particularly safe
for children. The Flamingo beach to the west is a lagoon
style beach with shallow, calm water and white sand. Walk
from there into the main resort and you will come to the
beach in the centre of Playa Blanca where most of the shops
and restaurants are found. Further east and there is the
Playa Dorada beach of golden sands. The new Rubicon Marina
is becoming established and now has a choice of restaurants
and shops. This is a smart new part of town and well worth
a visit. Venture a little further east you will find the
wilder Papagayo beaches a series of headlands and bays
with white sand. There is a small toll for the rough road
to Papagayo and very little in the way of facilities so
go prepared. There is a regular ferry service from Playa
Blanca out to the nearby island of Fuerteventura.

and hotels now extending from the lighthouse to the Rubicon Marina and

VILLAS IN TIAS
For those who wish to be out of the main resort but have
it easily accessible we offer villas in Tias. This resort
has been less touched by tourism but still has an excellent
supermarket, a few shops and some very good restaurants.
Being out of the main resort makes it an ideal location
for touring the rest of the island. To obtain full benefit
from a holiday in this area we consider a car is necessary
although taxis are readily available from Tias central.
Puerto del Carmen is just five minutes away by car.

VILLAS
IN LOS POCILLOS PUERTO DEL CARMEN
This area of Puerto del Carmen is situated to the east
of the main town and is quieter than the central area and
popular with those who prefer it flatter with easy walking
for young and old alike. It has a very good selection of
shops, bars and restaurants and the location of our villas
in this area mean that a car is not required. Los Pocillos
beach starts from the San Antonio hotel and continues to
the headland where it becomes the Matagorda beach. The
paved promenades and walkways make it perfect for strolling
and the beachside cafes offer refreshments and views of
the bay. The beach is a big wide sandy beach where sunbeds
and umbrellas are for hire or for the more active windsurfing
and parasailing are available.
