The Lago Verde complex is made up of around 40 apartments. Set in an elevated position, in a quiet part of the Old Town, the development overlooks Puerto del Carmen. There are sea views from all apartments. There are steps through the centre of the complex to the pool and reception.
The apartments are spacious and modern, having been fully refurbished.. The lounge in each apartment is very spacious and has a large picture window with views of the sea and there is a door out to the sea view balcony. The modern fitted kitchen is separated from the lounge by a breakfast bar in some of the apartments and in others the kitchen is separate but adjacent to the lounge for easy living.
A door from the lounge leads to the spacious balcony. Equipped with table, chairs and two sunbeds it is the perfect spot to relax with a drink or dine al-fresco whilst enjoying the view. From the balcony you can see the sea in all directions, out towards the harbour or over to the island of Fuerteventura.
Lago Verde is a small well-run complex with a large communal pool. It has sunbathing areas and a small poolside bar for snacks and drinks. WiFi is available in the apartments as well as there being a separate wifi around the complex, poolside and bar/restaurant. Reception tokens can be bought for the laundry room although some of the apartments have a washing machine within them.

For 2024 we only have weeks available in July, September, Oct/Nov and December.We rent a few wonderful 2 bedroom apartments all with sea view in the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen. This is a small, friendly, family-run complex with just 40 apartments, an excellent heated, shared pool and a well-liked restaurant/bar. Sleeps up to 4 guests.
Nearby
Just across the road is the La Bamba restaurant and the small supermarket by the Flora apartments.
Go down the steps through the complex and across the road and you will find a large Spar supermarket. Also here a choice of bars and restaurants.
The Harbour
The walk down to the harbour to Puerto del Carmen's Old Town will take about 15 minutes. There is a lovely walk along the harbour edge via the boardwalk.
There is a vast choice of all types of bars and restaurants around the harbour. You can book boat trips to Playa Blanca or just along the coast to Puerto Calero.
The Beach
The nearest beach is at Playa Chica (20 min walk approx.) This is a small beach with a dive school.
Getting around
Car hire is the best way and quite economical. See our car hire details.
Buses can be picked up by the Flora Apartments on the main road called Reina Sofia.
Taxis are inexpensive in Lanzarote so it is popular to walk down to the harbour and taxi back home.

We are home just over a week and wanted to say thank you for our stay at Lago Verde. We really liked both the apartment and complex.
The weather was very mixed but we made the most of it and hope to be able to return in the future.
