Larger than expected and very well kept villa, the entrance hall leads to a very large and comfortable living room, the tv had every possible channel including all sky channels. The kitchen is also large with every thing you could possibly need. 4 good size bedrooms with comfy beds, the large pool was great and the covered balcony was also great for a bit of shade, its only a short walk into either new town or harbour where you will find plenty of places to eat and drink. many thanks for a great holiday... Our group of 5 have just returned from 2 very enjoyable weeks on Lanzarote. We found Villa Carrida met our expectation and needs. It is a very good property situated in a nice, quiet location and close to a supermarket and restaurant also bars if one needed. Carrida was adequately furnished, well equipped and very clean and tidy both on take over and after the first week change of bedding, towels and light clean. I was very impressed with your attention to detail from the original booking date and found your local agent Erika and team complimented your standard well. The swimming pool was thoroughly maintained and was a 'hit' with all as there were Roman Steps rather than the 'usual' ladder and was heated to a very agreeable temperature. Would I return to Villa Carrida, definitely yes. It is the best villa I have booked on Lanzarote to date. Villa de Carrida March 2019

Casa Guanche was fantastic. The property was in excellent condition and the location was perfect for us. We plan to travel more often in the future, and you will be our first point of contact.

Hi Sue, just to let you know, we had a wonderful week at Villa de Carrida. The villa was spacious and very clean. We loved the pool and the water temperature was lovely and warm. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Loretta. The villa is first class, it is very comfortable and spacious and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. This was our third visit to the Villa and we have booked again for next year so I think that says it all. You are 10 minutes walk away from the harbour and taxis are cheap if you want to go further along the strip where there are plenty of nice bars and restaurants. If you are looking for a villa that is private and maintained to a high standard - book Villa Loretta, you won't be disappointed. Oct 2015

Host was always available when we called or texted her. . Nice and warm pool (Large enough) . Barbecue Facilities; 3 toilets, Douche, bad, Outside Douche,..... . A 2 km walk to the centrum; But Supermarket available in 50 meters . Nearby the port and the sea of Puerto del Carmen. . We have had a perfect stay with 3 couples. Very recommendable.

Having just returned from your villa which was for our honeymoon i would like to say what an amazing time we've had. I can honestly say this is probably the best villa we've ever stayed in. The villa was lovely and clean and very spacious. The pool was fantastic and the outside patio area was lovely. This villa was amazing in every way and we will most definitely be coming back.

Hi Sue, as always, we had a wonderful stay at Chica, following the booking process which yourself & Andrea make such a pleasure. Location perfect, villa perfect, immaculate. Thoughtful touches in supplying wine & some basic necessities which were much appreciated after several hours in airports/aircraft. We were a family of 4 adults and a toddler but never felt cramped. Everything was immaculate but most importantly, the gorgeous Rosy was on hand to make sure everything was ok. She even paid a second visit as my husband & I weren't in when she came the first time round. She is an incredible person & we can't speak highly enough of her. Nothing is too much trouble. Great villa, clean, smart and well equipped. Check in process worked really well and everything we needed was in place. The villa was exceptionally clean and well laid out. We met Emma on the 2nd day and she answered our questions and told us about the area and places to go and visit. The location was great, a short walk down to the harbour and plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. The villa has a good view over the harbour and a great patio area with plenty of different seating and sun all day.. The pool was clean and well maintained and warm - we swum every day.. I do not have any hesitation in recommending villa benedicte to any one of all ages..

This was by far one of the nicest places that I have stayed in in Lanzarote. Very spacious and clean, I did not see one cockroach, and perfect for a couple with small child to stay with grandparents without encroaching on each other’s space. Great functioning BBQ, fantastic outdoor space for our 2 year old to run around and gated off from the pool. Pool, though not heated in June, still very warm. Great to have the dishwasher and washing machine, both easy to use. Bed in Master Bedroom extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay again ... could do with two keys to property when 2 plus couples staying as the key holder outside was a little hard to open ... would defo stay again. Loved that a lady turned up to order us a taxi, and that Mum and Dad could stay late due to their flight being later. Great service, one of the best holidays we have ever had. Thank you.
