We’ve recently returned from our fifth consecutive visit to Villa Benedicte since 2021.
The villa is beautiful.
It’s extremely spacious, spotlessly clean with modern appliances and fixtures. The air con is also extremely welcome.
It’s located in a fantastic location- not too far from the harbour area to walk (approx. 10-15 mins), but far enough away to be peaceful of an evening.
The one caveat to this is that the walk back from the harbour involves a rather steep walk uphill, however a taxi back to the villa is only about 4 euros.
The coastal path will also enable you to walk to Puerto Calero in about an hour if you so wish. A trip we take regularly, with a water taxi back to the harbour.
The villa is situated only a couple of minutes away from a Spar mini market and a few bars and restaurants, with Marios being our favourite, who also sell takeaway. Extremely handy for the days when you don’t want to travel too far.
The pool, whilst not overly large, is big enough.
As mentioned, this was our fifth visit (sixth if I include our sole visit to the neighbouring Villa Loretta, which is also wonderful) and we’ve yet to have a single problem with either villa.
We’d previously booked our holidays with James Villas and Villa Plus (with each of these bookings having a problem of some sort) and I can honestly say that Lanzarote Leisure Villas easily beats them both hands down for quality of service.
We certainly won’t be looking to book our future holidays to Lanzarote with any other company.

Larger than expected and very well kept villa, the entrance hall leads to a very large and comfortable living room, the tv had every possible channel including all sky channels. The kitchen is also large with every thing you could possibly need. 4 good size bedrooms with comfy beds, the large pool was great and the covered balcony was also great for a bit of shade, its only a short walk into either new town or harbour where you will find plenty of places to eat and drink. many thanks for a great holiday... Hi Sue/Andrea, we had a really wonderful time and the villa was excellent!! Couldn’t have been better. The villa was big, clean and beautifully furnished and kitted out with everything we could need. Sitting room was very relaxing and had a great tv box! We really enjoyed the pool and the two seating areas outside. Bedrooms are all beautiful!
Kitchen had everything we needed and lots of storage. We found the location very easy an is a nice walk down to the centre and only costs 3 euro or less to get back in a taxi if needed. Juanita Sept 2018

I would just like to thank you all at Lanzarote leisure’s for a fantastic holiday that we have just had.
Our first week we had family stay with us and it was great that two could do a week and the other two a few days really appreciate that we were able to do this.
Your management team in Lanzarote are so helpful and cheery at all times, Erica is so good nothing is any trouble for her she even arranged a taxi for us to the airport, pool man is lovely chatted to us and explained what he was doing etc, villa is spotless with plenty of towels for a changeover midweek every amenities you could think of we had.
Villa Benedicte was just as we remembered but obviously updated, it is spacious and would recommend to anyone as at one stage there was 6 adults there and we were never under each others foot.
What we do like also is that you are so close by to everything you could possibly need.
We now can not wait until December where we will be back again for 2 weeks, much quieter this time just the two of !!
The only downside we had was that we didn’t do three weeks.

I enjoyed my stay in Villa AniLee. I hadn't stayed in Tias before always been in Puerto del Carmen, but the quiet Ani-Lee was just 10 minute drive from Puerto del Carmen and nice to go back to the calm big space in the countryside. It meant we explored the island more than we usually do. Being in Tias made it quick to get on the road and to the villages and attractions across the island. My wife and I walked to the town of Tias for authentic Tapas at Ermita which was good and the town was peaceful but with all the things we usually need in it.Thanks to all.

Casa Gegore is a very comfortable villa, home from home, in a quiet location yet is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The villa has a large pool which is great to swim in and is maintained to a high standard. The master bedroom is spacious and airy with a kingsize bed and large en-suite bathroom. There are also two twin bedded rooms and a family bathroom. It has a large covered terrace which is lovely to sit out in, overlooking the pool. Lanzarote Leisure Villas are a family run company who really understand the island and their clients'. You can totally relax while in their care as you know that if something needs attention during your stay as for example things do break down from time to time it will be sorted out without any hassle. My husband and I have been using them for many years and enjoyed a selection of different villas during that time. We have already re-booked for April and September next year. Casa Gegore Sept 2015

We have stayed in many villas in Lanzarote over the years, this one however exceded all expectations. Everything that anyone could ever need is there. The fixtures and fittings are to an exceptionally high standard. The view fom the terrace has got to be one of the best on the island. We will definitely be returning next year and beyond. Fantastic villa in an ideal location. Spectacular views and very well appointed. We spent a week there in February and enjoyed it so much we booked it again for October. Simple booking procedure and very helpful local assistant. We also used the transfer service as recommended and could not fault it. Lovely warm pool and very useful supermarket next door. We had a lovely time staying at Carrida Villa for 2 weeks. It had everything we needed for our holiday, including a full sky package on the tv, which meant my husband could watch MotoGP! It was in really good location with a great restaurant down the road (Mario's). It was really clean and well looked after, the pool was cleaned regularly and the villa was cleaned at the end of the first week. We would definitely recommend this villa, it is in a quiet area but only a 15 min walk to the marina. We had a great time and would stay there again. Villa de Carrida Aug 2018

We had an amazing stay here and would absolutely come back. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better!). You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the little details, from the comfortable bed and quality linens to the well equipped kitchen and cozy living area. It felt welcoming the moment we walked in. Communication with the host was outstanding from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, with clear instructions and quick responses to any questions. The location was perfect for what we needed close enough to everything to be convenient, but quiet and relaxing when we wanted to unwind. We felt completely at home and very well looked after. Overall, a fantastic experience. We’d happily recommend this Airbnb to anyone and would not hesitate to stay again.
