An excellent property in a great location. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shops each evening. We really liked the open plan lounge / kitchen / diner. The kitchen had all required items and the tv had British options so I could watch the six nations! The only bedroom we used was the master which was very comfortable (aside from the pillows - see comment below). The bathrooms are excellent with powerful showers. The garden is very nice with a small pool that’s big enough to cool off but not to swim lengths. At the front the street is really quiet and there’s a driveway for one car. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Hi Sue/Andrea, we had a really wonderful time and the villa was excellent!! Couldn’t have been better. The villa was big, clean and beautifully furnished and kitted out with everything we could need. Sitting room was very relaxing and had a great tv box! We really enjoyed the pool and the two seating areas outside. Bedrooms are all beautiful!
Kitchen had everything we needed and lots of storage. We found the location very easy an is a nice walk down to the centre and only costs 3 euro or less to get back in a taxi if needed. Juanita Sept 2018

Very enjoyable. The location was excellent. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities needed to cook and bbq. Excellent communication with the agent. The welcome pack was an added bonus.

Hello Sue and Andrea, we really enjoyed our stay in Lanzarote once more, thank you. Both villas Lahar and Chica were really first class…we can find nothing that could be improved. Hi Sue and Andrea, we have again had a great holiday in Lanzarote staying in two Lanzarote Leisure Villa's. My wife and I and our oldest daughter, husband and children were in Loretta, this was about our fourth time in this villa and our youngest daughter, husband and five children were next door in Benedicte, we have also stayed in that villa and three others over the years, all booked through Lanzarote Leisure Villa's. For the last ten years we have used these villas and always found them first class. The service we have received prior to travelling and also in Lanzarote have been superb. It is not only with the family we have been there celebrating special occasions but also with other couples who we have known well. We eat out all the time in the evening and there is a great selection of restaurants all easily accessible on foot. Three are within a few hundred yards the other down at the port or on the strip. There are steps down to the front so maybe not ideal for folk with walking difficulties although there are plenty of taxi's. We like a stroll in the evening. I would certainly recommend using Lanzarote Leisure Villa's. July 2017

Fabulous Villa 5 stars! We had a really lovely stay in Villa Montana. The pool was heated in November. The living space was spacious. Rooms were very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Lovely outside area with BBQ. Villa Montaña Oct 2019

Dear Sue and Andrea, having returned from our holiday in Puerto del Carmen, we would like to show our appreciation to Rosy for making sure our stay in Casa Chica Villa was memorable. The location of the Villa was perfect. So close to the beach and a short walk to bars and restaurants. We found the villa to be very comfortable and well equipped with everything possible we could want. 3 generations stayed here for 2 weeks, ranging from 4 to 54, and we all loved it. The villa is huge - the pictures don't really do it justice - and very nicely equipped. The bedrooms are roomy (the master is enormous) and the bathrooms are all large, with good showers (note they are pressure fed, so they can be effected by the dishwasher etc) and crucially for us there was a bath in the main bathroom for little ones. Outside, the BBQ is brilliant - large and easy to use - and the outside fridge made life a lot easier for soda & chocolate runs. Likewise an outside loo, which stopped slippy trips to go inside when wet. The pool is 10x4 metres, so quite large, and it has steps in for little people but is 1.4m in the shallow end, but no slope/shallow end, though we didn't find that a problem. The cover is easy to pull on & off, and I recommend using it nightly as it's solar and makes the pool lovely and warm. The position is perfect; far enough away to be quiet at night, but only 10 mins walk (with toddler) downhill to the pretty harbour, with many good restaurants. We didn't like the 'new town' other than for lilo shops, but it will appeal to those who like lively nights, and is only a 15 min walk. Casa Cielo June 2018

Excellent villa all round. Good quality furnishings and fittings, well managed, very clean. Fantastic views of the harbour and sea, was great to see the sun rise over the sea on Christmas Day. Good size pool, again very clean, heated but not 'tropical'. The management was honest in saying there was some difficulty in maintaining its temperature, so kept pool cover on when not swimming.
