Hi Sue/Andrea, we had a really wonderful time and the villa was excellent!! Couldn’t have been better. The villa was big, clean and beautifully furnished and kitted out with everything we could need. Sitting room was very relaxing and had a great tv box! We really enjoyed the pool and the two seating areas outside. Bedrooms are all beautiful! Kitchen had everything we needed and lots of storage. We found the location very easy an is a nice walk down to the centre and only costs 3 euro or less to get back in a taxi if needed. Juanita Sept 2018

Just a quick note to thank you for a wonderful holiday in June. The villa was excellent, we were highly delighted. Just a note to let you know that we all had a wonderful time at the Casa Chica in early April. We were all very impressed with the villa - the location is superb and the facilities were very good. The standard of the accomodation was very high indeed. Also, one of the key things for us was the proximity to the beach - we went swimming at least once every day. Hopefully we will be returning to Lanzarote at some point in the next 12 months or so, so maybe if we are very lucky, we will be able to stay there again! Casa Chica April 2011

Lovely relaxing stay at this well equipped villa. Set in a quiet location, within easy walking distance of local shops and a few nice restaurants and walk a little further for the harbour and lots of bars and eateries . Pool was the perfect size and warm, didn’t use the hot tub. Folder with local information including taxi numbers was appreciated

We have visited the villa three times now and always found the villa well equipped and comfortable. The swimming pool, together with all the outside area is superb. The location is perfect as it is in a quiet area yet easy to walk to the Old Harbour Town. All in all a good choice. Villa de Carrida April 2012

Everything in the Villa Esencia is good. Better than we remembered!

Hi Sue, as always, we had a wonderful stay at Chica, following the booking process which yourself & Andrea make such a pleasure. Location perfect, villa perfect, immaculate. Thoughtful touches in supplying wine & some basic necessities which were much appreciated after several hours in airports/aircraft. We were a family of 4 adults and a toddler but never felt cramped. Everything was immaculate but most importantly, the gorgeous Rosy was on hand to make sure everything was ok. She even paid a second visit as my husband & I weren't in when she came the first time round. She is an incredible person & we can't speak highly enough of her. Nothing is too much trouble. Villa Montana is just stunning. Spacious, immaculately clean, very well equipped and in a perfect location - so peaceful! Each bedroom with en suite was beautifully decorated. We didn't use the Air Con available as the rooms were cool enough. Outside is beautiful and well kept - we loved the little pond area! Plenty of seating and sun loungers which were really well placed for bathing or shade. The pool was clean and a lovely temperature. The hot tub was equally as lovely and was the deciding factor for our booking. Old town PDC was a gentle 5 minute walk away (all down hill) or 10 minutes to the main strip. There are plenty of Taxi’s to bring you back to the Villa for around 3 to 5 Euros depending on which area you catch it. The local electric scooter scheme is a great way to get around and easy to use. I cannot recommend Villa Montana highly enough and look forward to spending many more holidays there. On a side note, our dealings with Lanzarote Leisure Villas have been a really pleasant, easy and smooth process. We have recommended you to friends and family already.
