Stayed at this idealic villa for two weeks at the end of the summer. Cannot recommend it highly enough from its upmarket location to the high spec this luxury villa is maintained. The location of this villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday, walking distance to the harbour and many restaurants. The costal path made it a scenic walk down to the old town harbour. I would also recommend the lovely costal walk to Costa Calero for lunch and to return by ferry especially if accompanied by younger children. We did also rent bikes for a week during our stay and I would highly recommend the lovely couple at Revolution Bikes opposite Lidl. They were so obliging and even dropped us back to the villa when returning the bikes on the last day. The bikes were great especially when little legs got tired during our sight seeing tours of Puerto del Carmen. The nearest shop and butcher to the villa which is just a few minutes walk provide most daily essentials however we did do a bigger shop in the local Lidl store, approx 5 minute drive. The local butcher is of a high quality and would recommend getting your meat here especially for the many barbecues we enjoyed at the villa. Our party included two couples and our 3 year old daughter. She thoroughly enjoyed the superb swimming pool at the villa which was impeccably cleaned twice during our stay. We covered the pool each night as instructed by the management company and this ensured the pool was warm each morning for our early riser!! We tended to dine in on many occasions for lunch/dinner and the barbecue and terraced seating area made this perfect for us. The villa itself has three spacious bedrooms and two large bathrooms. The master bedroom with its own private courtyard was a real treat to escape to read a book during the day. The large lounge area with wifi and full sky package is ideal for families with young or older children to entertain. The kitchen has every amenity you could require and makes preparing meals very easy which is exactly what you want on holiday. Clean Towels and bed sheets were changed and supplied during our stay and the washing machine which actually washes clothes perfectly was a big plus especially with a young child. Erica and the villa management team were excellent and very prompt with their responses to any queries (usually within an hour or less of sending an email I got a response).
