We know the local areas so well we can tell you what time the local supermarket closes in the evening.
We offer a personal service from your first contact with us – we’ll start by helping you to choose a villa that suits your preferences and we’ll answer anything you need to know about the villa. With over half our business being returning clients there are many clients who we know prefer certain dates or certain villas, some who like to pay for summer pool heating, some who like a bigger food pack on arrival. If you’re celebrating a birthday, we can arrange a cake for you – the list is endless – just ask us and we’ll help.
The Villa Manager is an essential part of making everything run smoothly in Lanzarote. From the villa cleaning and linen, the maintenance of the property to advice on where to go and how to make the most of your stay. The Manager will visit you soon after you arrive, they are a contact for you if you need assistance whilst on holiday and they will visit you before you depart.
