This superb Tias villa is reached via a private drive that leads to wrought iron gates and then through to the villa grounds. The villa has very spacious outside living areas, which include extensive sun terraces, colourful flower borders and a covered barbecue and eating area. There is a large private pool with a hot tub/jacuzzi for those who wish to relax. The pool table and table tennis table on the patio is for your entertainment. The large covered terrace entrance has been enclosed to create a lovely garden room with sofas and dining furniture for relaxing or eating in style.
The lounge is a cosy and comfortable room for those cooler winter evenings. This room has a large flat screen TV that gets English terrestrial TV channels as well as sports channels. The villa has internet access. The master bedroom and en-suite bathroom are on the upper level with all the other living and sleeping accommodation on the ground floor. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 double rooms and 1 twin room. There is a shared bathroom and on this floor also. From the hallway in the centre of the villa an open tread staircase leads to a large landing with sofa seating and a balcony that overlooks the pool and beyond. The fully-equipped kitchen, which has a utility room alongside, is very well equipped for home cooking with a large fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The villa has the bonus of air conditioning available in the master bedroom and the lounge. The villa has been tastefully furnished and is very well equipped.
The owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The town of Tias is less busy and more traditional than Puerto del Carmen, which is a short drive away, but still has a large supermarket, lovely bakery and a number of good restaurants. The villa is regularly used by the owners and consequently is very well equipped. This truly outstanding villa is very economically priced will appeal to those seeking a villa in a more traditional Canarian town but only a 10 minute drive from the main resort. A great place to stay for just a couple or for a family group.
The town of Tias is more traditional than the much larger and more commercialised Puerto del Carmen. Tias has a very large supermarket that will cater for all your needs. There is a bakery and cooked chicken shop. There are traditional Tapas bars as well as some very good restaurants. Tias is an ideal location for heading to other parts of the island. It is just north of Puerto del Carmen. Head west to Yaiza and Playa Blanca or east to the airport and Arrecife. To the north of the island are the Orzola beaches and Mirador del Rio.
The drive from Anni-lee into Puerto del Carmen is under 10 minutes. This will be where the nearest beach is - either the large Puerto del Carmen main beach or the smaller Chica beach.
A car is recommended.
