This truly outstanding two-storey villa is very economically priced will appeal to those seeking a villa in a more traditional Canarian town but only a 10 minute drive to the beaches and town of Puerto del Carmen.

Ani-Lee is a rural villa which gives you an incredibly spacious stay with all the facilities indoors and out - it is in a peaceful location but with the main PDC resort just a short drive away. It's located on the edge of the traditional village of Tias with its local residents milling around, sitting at cafe tables with a cana (local draught) and eating at one of the two fantastic tapas restaurants in the village. The supermarket is massive in Tias with a far bigger range of produce than you get in main tourist resorts of the island - it even has a cheese counter as well as a a meat and fish counter, plus there is a separate bakery in the village which is well worth becoming a regular at when you stay at Villa Ani-Lee.

With your car on the private driveway and quick to get to the LZ from here you're likely to explore the island a little more than you do when you stay in Puerto del Carmen. Head west to Yaiza and Playa Blanca or east to the airport and Arrecife. To the north of the island are the Orzola beaches and Mirador del Rio.

The villa is reached via a private drive that leads to wrought iron gates and then through to the extensive villa grounds. The villa has very spacious outside living areas, which include extensive sun terraces, colourful flower borders and a covered barbecue and eating area. There is a large private pool, a fantastic playing size which is solar heated in the summer and electrically heated as standard in the winter months (November to April inclusive). There is a separate hot tub cleaned weekly by our usual Lanzarote Leisure Villas pool cleaners. The pool table is on the patio is under shade is for your family entertainment.

The large covered terrace entrance has been enclosed to create a lovely garden room with sofas and dining furniture for relaxing or eating in the cool but with a view of the terrace and pool area.

The lounge flows on from the garden room and is a very comfortable room either in the day with the air=con on for some indoor time, or once the sun has gone down for some family time indoors. This room has a large flat screen TV that gets English terrestrial TV channels as well as sports channels. The villa has free internet access throughout.

The fully-equipped kitchen, which flows on from the lounge and also connects to the hallway has a utility room alongside, The villa is very well equipped for home cooking with a large fridge-freezer and dishwasher and a washing machine.
