Villa Juanita is a superb 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa located in the sought after residential area of Los Mojones in Puerto del Carmen. The private pool area is secluded and has plenty of sunbeds and space for sunbathing, there is a covered area with comfortable seating by the pool, a gas barbecue and another area for enjoying dining al fresco.
This modern villa is bright and spacious and offers excellent accommodation to couples, a family or two families sharing. The villa is detached, set on a corner plot and is on 2 levels.
Steps lead up to the porch and through in to the hallway on the ground floor. The living accommodation includes a lovely, bright open plan lounge/diner. Equipped with comfortable modern furniture, 48” TV with SKY channels and doors that open to the pool area. There is an aircon unit in the lounge/diner. The dining area is furnished in a wooden cottage style. An archway leads to the superb, striking red and white kitchen with all amenities including fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher & split level oven & hob. There is also a separate utility room with an additional fridge/ freezer.
The sleeping accommodation on the ground floor includes the large master bedroom with a king size bed and lots of wardrobe space. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin & toilet. Also on this floor there is a a twin bedroom with a shower room opposite.
A flight of stairs leads down to the other two bedrooms. Both of these are double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite shower room and the other a shower room nearby. Also on this floor is a utility room with washing machine and a games room with flat screen TV with X-box, desk and chair & sofa for relaxing.
Juanita really is a villa that will suit all ages and groups.

Hi Sue/Andrea, we had a really wonderful time and the villa was excellent!! Couldn’t have been better. The villa was big, clean and beautifully furnished and kitted out with everything we could need. Sitting room was very relaxing and had a great tv box! We really enjoyed the pool and the two seating areas outside. Bedrooms are all beautiful!
Kitchen had everything we needed and lots of storage. We found the location very easy an is a nice walk down to the centre and only costs 3 euro or less to get back in a taxi if needed. Juanita Sept 2018
