This villa is beautifully renovated throughout, completed in recent years and it has plenty of space internally and externally for large groups . It is located in the very sought after, exclusive, Risco Prieto area of Puerto del Carmen, with the Spar supermarket less than a 5 minute walk away, the Old Town and the harbour less than 15 minutes walk and the main beach road is an easy walk beyond.

With five bedrooms (with aircon) and 4 bathrooms in total, this villa gives everyone their own space for holidaying in a group, or a luxurious way to holiday as just a couple or small family. There's a pool table at the villa for your entertainment also, plenty of TV channels and Netflix and the pool is electrically heated between November and April inclusive with shade, sun traps and a BBQ on the terrace.

The patio doors open onto the pool area creating an easy open flow in and out of the villa which feels modern and is sociable.The pool is spacious at approx 8m x 4m and is salt water chlorinated for for health of your skin. There is a pool cover and it is cleaned twice a week. Around the pool are plenty of sunbeds with a view of the garden borders.

So both staying in and going out from this villa are easy.
