Dear Sue and Andrea, We are back in the UK and it gives me great pleasure to pen a recommendation for Lanzarote leisure villas not only for the quality of the villas but the very capable team who make sure our holiday runs smoothly. I have been a very happy client on the many times we have spent vacation time at Villa Benedict, Villa Loretta and Casa Chica. From the time of the booking you have held my confidence because you have such high standards and are very honest, two ingredients which when unlocking the front door on arrival day assures me it's going to feel like I'm coming home. You must have a great relationship with your owners because they trust you to be selective as to who you recommend to share their holiday homes. That works well because it shows up in the number of repeats my family and other clients book with you. As you are aware we wanted to return again at the end of August this year and there was only one week available across all your villas which I have taken. So here I am going to Villa De Carrida for the first time and I already know that when I turn the key on arrival day I'll feel like. I'm coming home again. Thank you. March 2017

Stayed at this idealic villa for two weeks at the end of the summer. Cannot recommend it highly enough from its upmarket location to the high spec this luxury villa is maintained. The location of this villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday, walking distance to the harbour and many restaurants. The costal path made it a scenic walk down to the old town harbour. I would also recommend the lovely costal walk to Costa Calero for lunch and to return by ferry especially if accompanied by younger children. We did also rent bikes for a week during our stay and I would highly recommend the lovely couple at Revolution Bikes opposite Lidl. They were so obliging and even dropped us back to the villa when returning the bikes on the last day. The bikes were great especially when little legs got tired during our sight seeing tours of Puerto del Carmen. The nearest shop and butcher to the villa which is just a few minutes walk provide most daily essentials however we did do a bigger shop in the local Lidl store, approx 5 minute drive. The local butcher is of a high quality and would recommend getting your meat here especially for the many barbecues we enjoyed at the villa. Our party included two couples and our 3 year old daughter. She thoroughly enjoyed the superb swimming pool at the villa which was impeccably cleaned twice during our stay. We covered the pool each night as instructed by the management company and this ensured the pool was warm each morning for our early riser!! We tended to dine in on many occasions for lunch/dinner and the barbecue and terraced seating area made this perfect for us. The villa itself has three spacious bedrooms and two large bathrooms. The master bedroom with its own private courtyard was a real treat to escape to read a book during the day. The large lounge area with wifi and full sky package is ideal for families with young or older children to entertain. The kitchen has every amenity you could require and makes preparing meals very easy which is exactly what you want on holiday. Clean Towels and bed sheets were changed and supplied during our stay and the washing machine which actually washes clothes perfectly was a big plus especially with a young child. Erica and the villa management team were excellent and very prompt with their responses to any queries (usually within an hour or less of sending an email I got a response). We returned home yesterday having had a great time both with the family and then on our own at the Benedicte. It really is a lovely villa and the grandkids loved the pool!

Hi Sue/Andrea, we had a really wonderful time and the villa was excellent!! Couldn’t have been better. The villa was big, clean and beautifully furnished and kitted out with everything we could need. Sitting room was very relaxing and had a great tv box! We really enjoyed the pool and the two seating areas outside. Bedrooms are all beautiful! Kitchen had everything we needed and lots of storage. We found the location very easy an is a nice walk down to the centre and only costs 3 euro or less to get back in a taxi if needed. Juanita Sept 2018

3 generations stayed here for 2 weeks, ranging from 4 to 54, and we all loved it. The villa is huge - the pictures don't really do it justice - and very nicely equipped. The bedrooms are roomy (the master is enormous) and the bathrooms are all large, with good showers (note they are pressure fed, so they can be effected by the dishwasher etc) and crucially for us there was a bath in the main bathroom for little ones. Outside, the BBQ is brilliant - large and easy to use - and the outside fridge made life a lot easier for soda & chocolate runs. Likewise an outside loo, which stopped slippy trips to go inside when wet. The pool is 10x4 metres, so quite large, and it has steps in for little people but is 1.4m in the shallow end, but no slope/shallow end, though we didn't find that a problem. The cover is easy to pull on & off, and I recommend using it nightly as it's solar and makes the pool lovely and warm. The position is perfect; far enough away to be quiet at night, but only 10 mins walk (with toddler) downhill to the pretty harbour, with many good restaurants. We didn't like the 'new town' other than for lilo shops, but it will appeal to those who like lively nights, and is only a 15 min walk. Casa Cielo June 2018

Quiet and peaceful, very private, pretty gardens, greenery and plants all within the villa walls make it a very picturesque and relaxing little hideaway to relax by the pool and unwind, comfortable rooms with plenty of furniture and places to chill, cool inside the villa when hot outside, massive choice of films, books to read, few games, well equipped kitchen and utility, powerful showers, well equipped bath and shower rooms, nice jacuzzi, warm swimming pool, good pool table, lots of space, great sun lounging area all around the pool which is homely and traditionally decorated with flowering plants and cactus, lit up in the evening by colourful wall lights, very pretty, it is our kind of villa. Ten minutes drive to a snorkelling beach with a kiosk, 25mins drive to an excellent surfing beach by a cool surf village with shops and cafes, 25mins drive to a beautiful sandy beach with shops and tourist spots, 5mins drive to a very good supermarket, we had a very easy relaxing holiday..

This was a very relaxing and warm break at the excellent Villa Benedicte. Location is great, uphill (only 4 Euros in a taxi after dinner!) from the old town harbour, with it's restaurants and bars. Very close to the local SPAR, bars and pizzeria. The villa is very well equipped, with comfortable beds and a great seating area by the pool with a lovely view over the harbour to the sea.
